3. Bookings and confirmations

Bookings can be made via our website, by phone or by email. A booking becomes binding when Monti issues a confirmation. You must provide accurate information at the time of booking. 4. Pricing and payment

Quoted prices apply to the services and scope specified at booking.
Payment: Payment terms and methods are set out in the booking confirmation or invoice. Late payment may result in interest charges, collection costs or suspension of services.
Taxes & fees: Applicable taxes, surcharges or third-party fees may apply and will be communicated at booking or invoicing.

5. Cancellations, changes and refunds

Cancellations or changes must be made as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the service type and the notice period. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with our refund policy and payment provider timelines.

6. Client obligations

Provide accurate and complete booking details (names, dates, times, addresses, phone numbers).
Ensure access to premises and the availability of the beneficiary at the scheduled time.
Notify Monti of any medical, safety or accessibility requirements affecting transportation services.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monti's total liability under or in connection with these Terms or any service shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service. We shall not be liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

8. Confidentiality and data protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Cookie Policy and applicable privacy regulations. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of data necessary to deliver the Services.

9. Insurance

Where applicable, Monti maintains insurance consistent with industry standards. Coverage levels vary by service and jurisdiction. Clients should verify required insurance coverage for specific engagements.

10. Intellectual property

All content and materials on our website are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without prior written permission unless expressly permitted.
